Bajibot Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Play

01. Introduction

Bajibot (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered through the Bajibot platform.

By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

02. Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use Bajibot's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. Bajibot is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may register one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.

Registration Process

At registration, you must provide your full name, mobile number, email address, and a password. Bajibot may request additional information or documents for verification at any time. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

03. Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your Bajibot account. Keep your password confidential at all times and never share it with any third party.

Steps to Secure Your Account

• Use a strong password — combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• If you log in from a shared or public device, always log out when you're done.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.

Bajibot will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of an account, unless it is proven to have resulted from a security failure on the platform's own systems.

KYC Verification

Bajibot follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and prevent fraud. Before withdrawing — or if certain thresholds are exceeded — you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be on hold until KYC verification is complete.

04. Betting Rules

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review the odds and stake carefully before placing your bet. If a technical error results in an incorrect bet, Bajibot will investigate and take the appropriate action.

Odds Changes

In live betting, odds may change in real time during a match. The odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed will be treated as final.

Event Cancellation or Suspension

• If a sports event is fully cancelled, stakes will generally be refunded.
• If an event is postponed and does not resume within the specified timeframe, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with Bajibot's policy.
• Different rules may apply to events suspended after the halfway point.

05. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bajibot supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits set on the platform.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed, please contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited — all deposits must be made from your own account.

Withdrawal

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• If fraud is suspected, Bajibot reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus (i.e., how many times you need to bet) will be clearly stated in the respective bonus offer.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Each bonus is valid for a limited time — any unused bonus will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Bajibot reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumventing bonus conditions through fraudulent means — will result in account closure and the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

• When required by a court order or government authority.
• Extended periods of account inactivity.

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any loss resulting from a user sharing their own password or account credentials with others.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions.
